What is your refund policy?

Hierophant has three refund windows depending on the type of event. In-person US retreats and online courses allow refunds up to 90 days before the start date, minus a $50 fee. In-person international retreats allow refunds up to 180 days before the start date, minus $50. The 3.5 percent ticketing fee is non-refundable.

Some online courses offer a week 1 money-back guarantee, depending on the specific course. This means that you can request a refund up to 7 days after the start of a course if it's not a fit. Please check the individual course pages for specifics.
